Axially-trained device for identifying pathogen in electromagnetic abeyance device used in manufacture of e.g. solar cell, creates permanent and electrically controllable magnetic fields whose direction overlaps with each other
The device has several pairs of magnetic poles for creating permanent magnetic field and excitation coil arranged at the symmetry axis for creating electrically controllable magnetic field. The direction of permanent and electrically controllable magnetic fields overlaps with each other, when magnetic circuit is closed. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) rail system for electromagnetic abeyance device; and (2) method of operating electromagnetic abeyance device.
