Prosthetic aid e.g. single side open tube, for retaining stockings for e.g. elder patient, has electrically conductive or magnetizable material directed such that activation of magnets leads to hardening of parts of elastic layer
The aid has an elastic layer (3) turned towards a body, and a material layer (2) turned away from the body, where the elastic layer is provided with an electrically conductive or magnetizable material (4). The electrically conductive or magnetizable material is concentrated at a side of the electric layer, where the side is turned away from a skin side. The electrically conductive or magnetizable layer is directed such that activation of magnets e.g. permanent magnets and electromagnets, leads to hardening of parts of the elastic layer, and is arranged in circular and/or strip shape.
