The part (12) has an electrical conductor i.e. pre-stressed circular contact element (20), and a pipe (14) that is provided for supplying washing fluid to a wiper blade. The pipe extends inside the part. A heating element i.e. heating wire (18), electrically insulated is provided for heating the washing liquid. The wiper blade is subjected with electrical energy via the heating wire by the electrical conductor. The electrical conductor encloses a contact region (22) of an insertion part of the wiper blade on an outer circumference side.
