The vehicle (1) has an operator place module (10) consisting of an operator cab platform (11), where the module is operatively connected with a frame (3). The module is hinged in an upper area in an articulated manner through a horizontal pivot axis (20) at the frame. A spring and/or damper device (25) is arranged between the module and the frame in an area of the platform. An elastic support is formed in the area of the pivot axis by a rubber or plastic or spring bushing. The spring and/or damper device is formed by a spring (28), rubber, plastic, pneumatic spring and silicone elements.
