The boat (1) has a hardtop-convertible roof provided with a flat upper roof part (2) and a deep rear roof part (3). The upper roof part is movable into a position by a mechanism, where the position lies above a closed position. The upper roof part is rotated during movement between the closed position and a storage position. A cushion is fastened to the upper roof part and used in the storage position by passengers of the boat. The upper roof part is partially covered by a cover flap in the storage position.
