Cylindrically curved lightweight building board for use in wet room construction, has slots running into core layer up to core rod of cover layers, and surface-reinforced filling attached as hardened fixing coating on main surface of board
The board (1) has a core rod embedded into a cover layer (3a) and comprising bending radius of smaller than or equal to between 20 cm and 80 cm. The core rod comprises a slit provided with parallel slots transverse to bending of the board. The slots are seen from a main surface of the board and maximally runs into a core layer (2) or by the core layer up to a core rod of another cover layer (3b), without displacing the latter core rod. A surface-reinforced filling is attached as a hardened fixing coating on the main surface of the board comprising the slit. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a lightweight building board.
