Filter device for use in roof gutter outlet and down pipe of roof drainage system for preventing of congestion or blockage of drainage system by alluvial e.g. solid matter, has filter device arranged after nozzle in drainage system
The device has a filter (11) arranged in a pipeline section, and a guiding unit provided at an inlet of another pipeline section for guiding fluid stream (14) or floating stream into the former pipeline section. A passing unit is provided for passing of the stream into the latter pipeline section, during achieving of minimum pressure status in the former pipeline section. The filter device is arranged after a roof gutter discharge nozzle in a drainage system. The passing unit is designed as an opening in a wall of one of the pipeline sections or a separation wall (10) within a housing (4). The guiding unit is designed as a pipeline nozzle, pipeline elbow, orifice, hood and closing plate. The filter is designed as a sieve, grid and/or filter pad.
