Method for judicial monitoring in e.g. voice-over-internet protocol services, involves transmitting collection ticket to location that is authorized for judicial monitoring, where ticket is created by judicial monitoring system
The method involves transmitting event based messages with a connection specific data to a judicial monitoring system (SYS), during communication conference using multimedia services (MP) based on signalization. The message with a communication specific data is collected at the judicial monitoring system. A collection ticket with all messages of communication conference is created by the judicial monitoring system, during completion of the communication conference using the services. The ticket is transmitted to an authorized location (LEMF) that is authorized for the monitoring.
