The system has a pressure sensor (1) for measuring intraocular pressure (p). A variably adjustable valve (2) makes variably adjustable artificial flow of aqueous fluid. A control device controls the valve based on the pressure. A control variable for the pressure-dependent control of the valve is stored or programmed in a control unit. The sensor is integrated in a foldable intraocular lens (4) or in an iris claw lens or an iris claw for attaching to an iris of an eye (3). The sensor, valve and the device are inductively supplied with energy based on radio frequency identification technology. An independent claim is also included for a method for adjusting intraocular pressure of a patient.
