The method involves illuminating biological objects or biological processes by a frequency generator (1) with a control circuit (2) over actuators (4) with electromagnetic oscillations in a form of a sinusoidal signal or superimposition of sinusoidal signals. Influence of irradiation e.g. acoustic irradiation, is detected by sensors (3), where feedback of the sensor signals to the control circuit is performed. Step-wise or successive change of the oscillations is enabled with respect to frequency, length of time, pulse-width-modulation, amplitude and repetition interval by the generator. The sensors are designed as heat sensors, humidity sensors, particle sensors and gas sensors. An independent claim is also included for a device for regulated treatment of biological objects and biological processes.
