The system has a rechargeable battery e.g. lithium ion rechargeable battery and lithium iron phosphate rechargeable battery, and a brushless controller for processing very high voltages and pulse currents, where the system is formed in a manner that a weight of the system is 25 kg with flight duration of 30 minutes. A propulsion propeller is not directly placed an internal combustion engine side drive axle, and under driven by using gear boxes, toothed belts or string. The battery is accommodated in a metal cup, where service life of the battery is about between 400 and 800 loading cycles.
