The pressing device has a pressing mandrel mounted on a splitting wedge (Nr2) of a wood splitter (Nr7), where the pressing device is provided with an adapter with different wood splitter types. A rocker arm is mounted on a pressing tube (Nr4) and is latched during pressing process in the press mandrel, and the pressing tube is lifted during reversing process after the pressing process, so that the pressing tube latches a foldable foot (Nr8) for interlocking the pressing tube. The foldable foot is unlocked for interlocking pressing tubes after an ejection process.
