The system has a control circuit for measuring data e.g. glucose concentration, volume of examined tissue and/or contents of blood and/or interstitial fluid. The control circuit evaluates the measured data and actively controls the examined volume of blood by exerting pressure on the tissue, and a blood pressure measuring device is connected with a glucose measuring device. A light source, touch sensor and pressure sensor are accommodated at an end of an upper die-shaped extension (2a), where the light source is connected with the pressure sensor.
