Process system for converting e.g. organic matter to aliphatic light oil in microplasma in heated flat-bed rotary valve reactor, presses input material with catalyst under high pressure into pellets
The system presses an input material with a catalyst under high pressure into pellets, and heats a reaction material with a frequency of 2.45 GHz or 915 MHz by microwave radiation in a reaction chamber of a heated flat-bed rotary valve reactor. Depolymerization takes place by reaction acceleration of the catalyst used in the micro plasma. Plasma discharge is carried out by addition of activated carbon or metal balls, and the reaction takes place in the chamber with out pressure in a slight vacuum.
