Electrical wiring box or cavity wall box i.e. bottomless casing, for installation in wall e.g. fire-resistant wall, has box mouth side including flange resting in reference position outside wall, and fixing unit fixing wall in position
The box i.e. bottomless casing (1), has a box mouth side including a flange (2) resting in an assembly reference position outside a wall. A fixing unit fixes the wall in the assembly reference position. A sealing compound is introduced into the casing. Stretch parts e.g. cable, cable bundle or installation pipes, are guided by the casing and close existing gaps between an inner surface of the casing and long form parts. A sealant is provided on a plate or dish-like part, where the casing is made of plastic, intumescent material and elastomeric material.
