Hybrid material composite of several joining partners comprises a non-perforated first and second joining partner, where the material of the first and the second joining partners are locked together in the connection region
Hybrid material composite of several joining partners comprises: joining partners in the connection region lying 2-dimensionally to each other; at least one non-perforated first joining partner (1); at least one non-perforated second joining partner (2), where the material of the first and the second joining partners are locked together in the connection region by an impression of a stamp (5) so that its materials are at least partially displaced radially towards outward and a mechanical interlocking is formed between the first and the second joining partner. Hybrid material composite of several joining partners comprises: joining partners in the connection region lying 2-dimensionally to each other; at least one non-perforated first joining partner (1) made of a deformable non-metallic material; at least one non-perforated second joining partner (2) made of a deformable metallic or nonmetallic material, where the material of the first and the second joining partners are locked together in the connection region by an impression of a stamp (5) so that its materials are at least partially displaced radially towards outward and a mechanical interlocking is formed between the first and the second joining partner. An independent claim is also included for preparing the hybrid material composite of several joining partners in the connection region lying 2-dimensionally to each other using the stamp and counter support, comprising positioning the non-perforated first joining partner and a non-perforated second joining partner between the counter support (4) and the stamp; forming the material of the first and the second joining partners, which are interlocked by a relative movement of the stamp and counter support in process stage/forming stage such that the material of the first and second joining partners are at least partially displaced radially towards outside and a mechanical interlocking is produced in the connection region between the first and second joining partners.
