Modular interoperative dynamic holder for arms of human during e.g. open- or arthroscopic operation at shoulder joint, has insertion device, where traction is exerted on arm and joint cavities of shoulder- and elbow joints are extended
The holder has an insertion device with a retainer (1) attached to an anatomically adapted mechanical arm (3) by a fixing device (2). The mechanical arm adjusts a patient arm in variable positions, where traction is exerted on the patient arm by stable accommodation of the patient arm at hand joint. The mechanical arm is hydraulically fixed with a handle, and a cushioned accommodator (5) accommodates the patient arm, where joint cavities of shoulder joint and elbow joint are extended during operation.
