The system for three-dimensional tracking has a static or moving transmission unit (A) with transmitters (10) to locate a moving object (B) as a receiver. Alternatively, the moving object can be the transmitter. The transmitter has an aligned transmission and/or the receiver has an aligned reception. The transmitters, at defined intervals, have a phase shift control.
