The sensor has rod-shaped partial bodies (1a, 1b) mechanically connected with one another by a distance piece (2). The bodies comprise optical conductors (4a, 4b) for guiding optical measuring radiation. Coupling and decoupling prisms (6a, 6b) are provided for overcoupling of the measuring radiation from one of the bodies to another body. The bodies are arranged at a distance from each other with a layer thickness in an area of the overcoupling of the radiation, where the distance piece is variably designed for adjusting the layer thickness and made from plastic or stainless steel.
