FIELD: machine building.;SUBSTANCE: test bench consists of controller, of pressure control device, output of which is connected to corresponding input of controller, and of main pump kinematically tied with flywheel and electric engine. The main pump corresponds to a reverse controlled motor-pump with proportional electric control. An electric input of the control unit of this pump is connected to the corresponding output of the controller. Working chambers of the main pump are coupled with two hydraulic lines equipped with two pressure gauges connected to the lines. Outputs of the pressure gauges are connected to the corresponding inputs of the controller. Further, the test bench consists of an auxiliary pump, one working channel of which is communicated with a hydraulic tank, while the second working channel is communicated with a pressure safety valve equipped with proportional electric control. Also, an electric output of this valve is tied with the corresponding output of the controller. A channel of the hydraulic device is coupled with the second channel of the auxiliary pump. Each of two channels is connected to the said corresponding hydraulic lines. The pressure safety valve is joined with these hydraulic lines via back valves. A bleed valve of the pressure safety valve is connected to the hydraulic tank. The test bench additionally consists of a double-action piston hydro-cylinder with two similar rods, of two similar plunger hydro-cylinders and of an additional pump with its own electric engine and a pressure safety valve. An input channel of the additional pump is connected with a water tank, while an output channel is connected to cavities of both plunger hydro-cylinders via shutoff valves and is connected with two simultaneously tested tanks, to which there are connected the pressure gauges, outputs of which are communicated with corresponding inputs of the controller. Both hydraulic lines of the test bench connected to working channels of the main pump are coupled with the pressure gauges and with both cavities of the double-action piston hydro-cylinder equipped with two similar rods. This hydro-cylinder is positioned between two similar plunger hydro-cylinders, the plungers of which are directly joined with both similar rods of the double-action piston hydro-cylinder.;EFFECT: expanded functionality of test bench, reduced power consumption, its increased durability and raised ecological safety.;1 dwg
