PURPOSE: A public relation of one local government and notifying method are provided to allow a service providing server to automatically classify a notice based on resident information.;CONSTITUTION: A service providing server receives the resident information of a resident(S100). The service providing server receives the notice from a local autonomous entity(S200). The service providing server classifies the notice(S300). The service providing server selects the resident to which the notice is delivered(S400).
