PURPOSE: An emergency exit facility of a new town is provided to prevent the subsidence caused by a load suddenly exerted on the ceiling part. CONSTITUTION: An air circulation part controls a cylinder and a blower to prevent the inflow of polluted air into an emergency exit. An earth pressure supporting part comprises a support beam(21), a first support panel(22) which is arranged on a ceiling part(1), a second support panel(23) which is arranged between the ceiling part and the first support panel, and a shock absorbing panel(24) which is coupled to the bottom of the support beam.
