PURPOSE: A system for managing stress change of a bridge with an FBG optical-fiber stress measuring sensor is provided to enable 3D maintenance to be performed by measuring stress applied to a structure in a 3D technique. CONSTITUTION: A stress measuring sensor is installed in a bridge structure and measures 3D stress applied to the bridge structure with FBG optical-fiber sensing. A stress measuring unit(110) is installed on the bridge structure, stores or process stress measured by the stress measuring sensor, receives and transmits stress externally. A central administrating unit(140) is installed outside the bridge structure, is connected to the stress measuring unit by a connecting network, processes 3D stress measured by the stress measuring unit, produces stress related data and graph and calculates stressing force by strand by the stress related data.
