PURPOSE: A primary drive synchronous fast switching rectifying control circuit of an LLC half bridge power converter for an LED is provided to eliminate a threshold problem using an FET(Field Effect Transistor) as a rectifier device.;CONSTITUTION: An output unit(100) generates a pulse signal by first and second FET devices. A resonant unit(200) resonates the pulse signal of the output unit. A second rectifying unit(300) rectifies the pulse power of the resonant unit. Third and fourth FET devices are used as a rectifying device of the second rectifying unit. A rectification controller(400) generates a control pulse by a cross combination of a delay pulse and an input pulse. The rectification controller includes an input pulse detector, a delay time setting unit, a delay unit, a rectification control pulse generator, and a rectification on-off time controller.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
