PURPOSE: Ultra-rapid hardening cement latex-modified mortar composition is provided to shorten a time required for construction using the optimal ratio of styrene-butadiene rubber(SBR), Hauyne cement, fine aggregate, and water.;CONSTITUTION: Ultra-rapid hardening cement latex-modified mortar composition includes SBR, Hauyne cement, fine aggregate, and water. The volume ratio of the Hauyne cement and the fine aggregate is between 1:1.00 and 1:2.00. The ratio of the SBR and the Hauyne cement(P/C) is between 15 and 20%. The ratio of the water and the Hauyne cement(W/C) is between 42 and 47%. A concrete bridge-deck-waterproof-layer protection-constructing method includes a paving and cutting process, and a flatting process, a drying process, an absorbent preventive agent coating process, an ultra-rapid hardening cement latex-modified mortar paving process, a tag coating process, and an ascon supplying process.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
