PURPOSE: The electronic learning terminal device and the electronic learning method using this are proceed the learning through the hand-held terminal. In that way the learning interest of learner is caused. CONSTITUTION: The electronic learning terminal device(100) comprises the input output controller(110), the wireless communications module(130), and the storage(150) and main controller(140). In case the studying request is inputted through the touch input part, the main controller outputs the study content of the storage. According to the main controller is the type of the study content the touch input of the touch input part(112), it recognizes as the input examination paper. According to the input examination paper, the main controller produces the marking result. The main controller is created result data with the marking result.
