PURPOSE: A suction type micro fluid pump using the force of restitution of an elastic body is provided to transfer the fluid at a fixed flow rate without power.;CONSTITUTION: A suction type micro fluid pump(10) using the force of restitution of an elastic body comprises a pumping portion(100), an inlet port(200) and a micro channel(300). The pumping portion forms the space. The top of the inlet port is opened. The fluid is inserted through the opened top from outside. The micro channel connects the bottom of the pumping portion and inlet port. The micro channel is formed in the bottom surface of the micro fluid pump in order that the fluid inserted to the inlet port is transferred to the pumping portion through the pumping working of the pumping portion.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
