PURPOSE: Structural steel and a method of manufacturing a high-strength structural steel with enhanced vibration resistance are provided to ensure a yield ratio of below 85% and tensile strength of over 600MPa.;CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing a high-strength structural steel with enhanced vibration resistance is as follows. A steel slab is re-heated. The steel slab consists of C of 0.08 - 0.12%, Si of 0.45 - 0.55%, Mn of 1.37 - 1.45%, P of 0.03% or less, S of 0.015% or less, Ni of 0.15% or less, Cr of 0.15% or less, Cu of 0.35 - 0.55%, V of 0.09 - 0.11%, Al of 0.02% or less, Nb of 0.035-0.045%, N of 0.015% or less, Fe and other inevitable impurities. The composition is made where X is within 9.00-11.15. X value =5Si(%) +2Mn(%) +10Cu(%). The re-heated steel is hot rolled to form steel.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
