ELECTROTYPE EXCHANGE APPARATUS CAPABLE OF AUTOMATICALLY EXCHANGE AN ELECTROTYPE OF A SCREEN PRINTER, A PROCESS SYSTEM INCLUDING THE SAME, AND AN ELECTROTYPE EXCHANGE METHOD USING THE SAME
PURPOSE: An electrotype exchange apparatus of a screen printer, a process system including the same, and an electrotype exchange method using the same are provided to improve the efficiency and productivity of a production line without interrupting the operation of total production line for an electrotype exchange.;CONSTITUTION: A transfer unit(110) transfers a wafer to a screen printer(120). The screen printer performs a printing process in the transferred wafer. An inspection unit(130) inspects the appearance, printing patterns, and printing accuracy of the wafer. A discharge unit(140) transfers the wafer passed the inspection unit to the outside. An electrotype transfer unit(200) transfers an electrotype to a magazine(300) and the screen printer.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
