PURPOSE: A method for adjusting the phase shift temperature of ferroelectric ceramics using non-stoichiometry and the ferroelectric ceramics with the adjusted phase shift temperature are provided to easily adjust a phase shift temperature by forming the non-stoichiometry of the ferroelectric ceramics with a perovskite crystalline structure.;CONSTITUTION: Ferroelectric ceramics with a perovskite crystalline structure are represented by chemical formula, AmBnO_3. The m is less than 1 or is more than 1 such that the component of the A is out of stoichiometry. The n is less than 1 or is more than 1 such that the component of the B is out of stoichiometry. The phase shift temperature of the ferroelectric ceramics is adjusted. The A is composed of components containing K and Na. The B is composed of components containing Nb. The AmBnO_3 is capable of being (Lie(K_0.5Na_0.5)_x)(Nb_ySb_f)O_3. The e and the f are real numbers and are between 0 and 0.1. The x and the y are between 0.90 and 0.98.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
