摘要

PURPOSE: A low temperature flow improving method for heavy crude oil, and a heavy crude oil supplying method using thereof, and a heavy crude oil supplying pipe are provided to easily transfer the heavy crude oil to a reactor by reducing the viscosity of the heavy crude oil.;CONSTITUTION: A low temperature flow improving method for heavy crude oil comprises a step of applying the high voltage electric field to the heavy crude oil. The heavy crude oil is oil sands bitumen, natural bitumen, or vacuum residue. The high voltage electric field is formed by controlling the voltage between electrodes(20,22) into 7-15kV per 1cm. The high voltage electric field is applied to the heavy crude oil for 10-25 minutes.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
