PURPOSE: A recording method of a car driving based on a smart phone is provided to reduce the cost using a smart phone as the black box of a car instead of an exclusive black box.;CONSTITUTION: A recording method of a car driving based on a smart phone executes an application program by inputting a command to a user input portion. A controller consecutively receives and stores image and audio data from an image acquiring unit and a voice acquiring unit. The controller receives and stores driving information through a driving information interface unit which connects an electric control unit and a smart phone with electrically or wireless telecommunication. If information is saved in the memory unit over a predetermined capacity, oldest information is deleted and most recent information is stored(110). If the more impact is over than a first standard(120), the controller stores an image, an audio data, a location information and a driving information about a predetermined time(130) which is before or after collision in a memory unit to a separate file(180).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
