PURPOSE: Device and method for assembling sintering materials are provided to prevent decrease of porousness of a sintering bed by fine particles generated in collapse, reduce a sintering time and enhance productivity of a sintering process.;CONSTITUTION: A device for assembling sintering materials comprises a mixer(10), a water supply pipe(20), a water tank(30), a branch pipe(25), a surfactant tank(40), and valves(41). The water supply pipe supplies water to the mixer. The water tank is connected to the water supply pipe. The branch pipe is branched from the water supply pipe. The surfactant tank is connected to the branch pipe. The valves are respectively installed between the water tank of the water supply pipe and the branch point of the branch pipe and on the branch pipe. The valves are electronic control valves and comprise control units controlling the opening of the valves.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
