PURPOSE: A hall integrated circuit with adjustable hysteresis is provided to output a hysteresis property without interference from temperature, manufacturing environment, and changing a process.;CONSTITUTION: In a hall integrated circuit with adjustable hysteresis, a magnet-pulse converter(100) converts the voltage difference which is generated according to the strength of magnetic flux inputted from a hole sensor into a pulse type voltage. A polar determining part(200) determines the polarity of two signals which are outputted form the hole sensor by using one of signals from the voltage difference pulse and the hole sensor. A magnetic flux density determining part(300) compares the voltage difference pulse with a set value and outputs high or low signal. A first flip-flop outputs a result signal having a hysteresis property according to the input of the polar determining part and the magnetic flux density determining part.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
