摘要

PURPOSE: A graphene fiber and a manufacturing method and usage of the same are provided to make a very light and flexible fiber than a metal wire, thereby providing excellent electric and thermal conductivity.;CONSTITUTION: A graphene fiber manufacturing method is as follows. The graphene fiber forms a metal layer. The metal layer(120) comprises a plurality of linear patterns on a substrate. A graphene with the linear pattern is formed through an interaction by supplying reaction gas and heat. The reaction gas comprises a carbon source on the metal layer with the linear pattern. The substrate(100) is impregnated within an etching solution and selectively eliminates the metal layer of the linear pattern. The substrate separates the graphene(140) of the linear pattern and disperses a plurality of linear graphenes in the etching solution. A graphene fiber draws dispersed a plurality of linear graphenes to the outside of the etching solution.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
