PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing sodium sulfate, gypsum, aluminum hydroxide based on sodium aluminum sulfate using calcium carbonate is provided to simply obtain the sodium sulfate, the gypsum, the aluminum hydroxide by processing the sodium aluminum sulfate with the calcium carbonate.;CONSTITUTION: Water and calcium carbonate are mixed and heated. Sodium aluminum sulfate is introduced into the mixture. The water, the calcium carbonate, and the sodium aluminum sulfate are reacted at pH 5 or more at temperature between 60 and 80 degrees Celsius. Sodium sulfate, gypsum, and aluminum hydroxide are obtained. The sodium aluminum sulfate is generated in a polysilicon process. The particle size of the gypsum is between 35 and 50um.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
