PURPOSE: Precise measuring apparatus and method are provided to improve the work efficiency and the accuracy of a discharging process of a pulverized body. CONSTITUTION: A precise measuring apparatus comprises the following: a storage bin(110) including a hopper on the lower side; a first discharge gate(120) installed on the lower side of the hopper; a second discharge gate(130) installed on one side of the hopper; a first measuring unit(140) discharging the massive amount of pulverized bodies by being installed on the first discharge gate; a second measuring unit(150) discharging the small amount of the pulverized bodies by being installed on the second discharge gate; a measurement bin(160) for storing the pulverized bodies; and a load cell(170) for measuring the discharging mount of the pulverized bodies inside the measurement bin.
