摘要

PURPOSE: A hard urethane composite heat-insulating panel with high heat resistance and high flame retardancy using high-strength incombustible glass fiber sheets is provided to improve the incombustible and heat insulation property by attaching the noncombustible glass fiber sheet to both sides or single-side of the hard urethane heat insulator. ;CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of the high thermal resistance, high flame resistance hard urethane complex insulation is as follows. The high intensity noncombustible glass fiber sheet is attached to upper and lower surface(30,20) or single-side in the continuous production equipment. The selected material among kraft paper, aluminum sheet, and non woven fabric is put into the other side. The polyurethane liquid is formed in lower-part. The stacked object is transferred to the press double conveyor belt(60) of the oven(50), and is hardened. The molded article is cut in the fixed length and width.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
