PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing insulating polymer-organized layered silicate nanocomposite using the dispersion of electric field and the nanocomposite manufactured by the same are provided to penetrate the polymer resin into the expanded interlayer of the organized layered silicate by expanding the interlayer distance of the organized layered silicate. ;CONSTITUTION: A polymer resin is pre-heated at 60 degrees Celsius. The organized layered silicate is mixed with the pre-heated polymer resin. The composite of the organized layered silicate and the polymer resin is introduced into an alternating current electric field dispersing chamber. The polymer resin is dispersed into the expanded interlayer of the organized layered silicate. The composite is mixed and defoamed at planetary central mixer for 1.5 minutes at 2000rpm. A hardening agent is mixed with the composite. The composite with the hardening agent is secondarily mixed and defoamed. The composite is introduced into a mold and is vacuum-defoamed.
