PURPOSE: An accident data transfer method for emergency measure in car accident is provided to chase the location of the driver automatically when the driver is unconscious, and to transfer the data about the accident situation as text message to the service of family through the wireless communications and makes the driver get help as soon as possible. CONSTITUTION: The accident data transfer method includes the steps of: initializing by sensing the minimum vibration value of the car according to the driving of the car and vibration value of the car according to stop and parking of the car(S100) collecting the data by measuring information data about at least one among present location of the car, speed, and the present time(S110) analyzing the stop, parking or driving state of the car by comparing the collected information data with the minimum vibration value of the car(S120) recording the information data of the car into the storage media of the car if the vibration value is more than the minimum vibration value range(S140) transmitting the record data to the wireless terminal(S170).
