PURPOSE: A method, apparatus, server and recordable medium for encrypting and combining order info and contents info separated from personal info are provided to secure high safety by encoding the order information of the private information using a variable code and a hash function, and encoding content information to national standard encoding logic(ARIA). CONSTITUTION: A part of the coding target information is separated and the order information is determined(S120). The separated order information is encoded according to the one way encoding method(S140). A part of the encoded result value is replaced with the result value encoded to the variable code encoding method (S150). The encoded order information is generated(S160). The content information is encoded according to the encoding method based on the national standard encoding logic(S170). The encoded content information is stored in a storage unit(S180).
