PURPOSE: A method for preparation of Zr-based bulk metallic glass-crystalline metal alloy composite and a multifunctional Zr-based bulk metallic glass-crystalline metal dissimilar alloy composite which is manufactured according to the same are provided to improve the limit of application by improving strength and preventing cracks and metallic combination. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparation of Zr-based bulk metallic glass-crystalline metal alloy composite comprises following steps. Crystalline metal alloy is used as a core material. Zr-based bulk metallic glass is used as a sleeve material coextrusion temperature is set as 658 - 673K, and coextrusion speed is set as 10-3- 3 x10-2mm/s after a softener is added. Crystallization metal alloy is aluminum alloy or oxygen free copper. The zirconium-based bulk amorphous metal is zircaloy. The softener is boron nitride.
