PURPOSE: A method of preparation of a bone chip for bone tissue regeneration and a bone chip for bone tissue regeneration made by the same are provided to be suitable for mass production and to easily control the shape and size of a bone chip. CONSTITUTION: A method of preparation of a bone chip for bone tissue regeneration comprises: a step of fusing a polymeric composition including a biodegradable polymer; a step of increasing the temperature of a mold in which micro-patterns are formed in order to produce a bone chip for bone tissue regeneration; a step of injecting the fused polymeric composition into a heated mold; a step of cooling the mold; and a step of separating the bone chip from the mold.
