PURPOSE: A training device for educating renewable energy is provided to guide the slope movement of a solar battery plate, thereby preventing a solar battery plate from being broken due to a shock applied to the solar battery plate. CONSTITUTION: A training controller(140) charges a chargeable battery by receiving generated electricity and displays and controls electricity information and climate information transmitted from a weather sensor unit. A hinge assembly is composed of a fixing bracket and a rotating bracket. The fixing bracket is fixed to a support pole in which a wind power generator and a solar light power generator. The rotating bracket is coupled with the fixing bracket and fixed to the solar battery plate. An angle control shock absorber holds a slope angle of the solar battery plate for the support pole and guides soft rotation movement of the solar battery plate.
