PURPOSE: A heat-treating method of 17-4ph stainless steel is provided to make high glossy surface by improving hardness and removing foreign materials.;CONSTITUTION: A heat-treating method of 17-4ph stainless steel comprises the next step. 17-4 PH stainless steel is heated in Ar gas atmosphere of 1000~1040°C to be treated under solid solution treatment. The solved steel is air-cooled up to room temperature. The air-cooled stainless steel heated in Ar gas atmosphere of 420~460°C for 6~10 hours and air-cooled again.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
