PURPOSE: A piezoelectric micro speaker is provided to form the constant acoustic property of a micro speaker by forming a vent hole toward a lateral or front side.;CONSTITUTION: A device plate(110) includes a diaphragm(114), a piezoelectric actuator(120) which vibrates the diaphragm, and a front cavity(111) which is positioned on the front of the diaphragm. A front plate(150) has an emission hole(151) connected to the front cavity. A rear plate(130) is bonded with the rear of the device plate. The rear plate includes a rear cavity(131) and a vent unit(133) in contact with the device plate. A first vent hole(113) connected to the vent unit is formed on the device plate. A second vent hole(153) connected to the first vent hole is formed on the front plate.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
