PURPOSE: A fire safety apparatus of a high-pressure gas fuel tank for a vehicle is provided to prevent a fuel tank from exploding before a pressure discharging device is operated.;CONSTITUTION: A fire safety apparatus of a high-pressure gas fuel tank for a vehicle comprises a pressure discharging device and expansive additives(20). The pressure discharging device is installed between a tank connection path and an outside connection passage of a tank valve. When the temperature of the tank valve is increased more than set temperature, the pressure discharging device connects the tank connection path and the outside connection path. The expansive additives are a compound with moisture. In case of a fire, the expansive additives evaporate moisture. After the moisture is evaporated, the expansive additives form a heat insulating layer.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
