PURPOSE: A bicycle and pedestrian lane installed on the slope of a road is provided to construct the bicycle and pedestrian lane in an existing national highway or a local road even if an enough space is not existed in the road. CONSTITUTION: A bicycle and pedestrian lane installed on the slope of a road is composed as follows. An L-shaped foundation member(100) is installed on the slope of a road(R) in a longitudinal direction. A space between the L-shaped foundation member and the road is filled with soil(200). A pavement material(300) is installed on the top of the filled soil. The L-shaped foundation member is composed of multiple foundation frames(110), vertical members(120), ex-metals(130), geogrids(140), and wooden sidings(150). The foundation frames are installed along the longitudinal direction of the road. The vertical members are installed in the outer ends of the foundation frames. The ex-metals are installed on the top of the foundation frames. The geogrids are installed on the top of the ex-metals. The wooden sidings are installed in the outer side of the vertical members.
