摘要

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing fluoreresin/carbon nanotube nanocomposite based on latex aggregation method and a conductive film using the same are provided to maintain the superior material property of carbon nanotube by uniformly dispersing the carbon nanotube on a fluororesin. CONSTITUTION: A cationic surfactant is selected from a group including cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide, dialkyldimethyl ammonium chloride(DDAC), imidazolium salt, ester-containing quaternary ammonium salt(EQ). Carbon nanotube is dispersed in an aqueous solution using the cationic surfactant. The carbon nanotube dispersed in the aqueous solution is dispersed in a dispersion solution. Fluororesin/carbon nanotube composite is obtained based on a latex aggregation process at temperature more than the glass transition temperature of a fluororesin.
