PURPOSE: A method for environmental health risk assessment by evaluating ecotoxicological reaction is provided to lower misdiganosis. CONSTITUTION: An assessment method is performed using: two or more among survival rate, growth rate, adult emergence, sex ratio and emergence period in Chironomus; two or more among survival rate, growth rate, regeneration rate, sex ratio and brooding period in Branchinella; and two or more among survival rate, growth rate, sex ratio and brooding rate in Tigriopus.
